Cancellation Policy

We require notice of your cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to arrive to your appointment or cancellation within 24hours to your appointment time will result in the issuing of a late cancellation fee.

Our cancellation fee may cover up to 50% of your appointment fee.

Appointment Reminders:

An automated text message reminder is sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment.

We have this procedure in place to assist our patients in remembering their bookings, however it remains patient responsibility to record and keep track of their appointments.

If you have a Monday appointment, or an appointment following a Public Holiday (or another day that we are closed), please leave use a voicemail, send an email, or text, the day prior to your appointment to alert us of your cancellation.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone appointments for persons who have outstanding balances/accounts. Bookings may be made upon settlement of outstanding accounts.
