Lachy has been working with people from all walks of life over the past 10 years, guiding them to overcome their pain or injury and get back to living well. He has a passion for evidence-based care and avoiding the unnecessary extra worry that comes from over-complicating rehabilitation.
Lachy has undertaken further studies in various fields including spinal and sports injuries and persistent pain. This included completing his Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which helped to further develop his passion for unraveling complex pain presentations.
Outside of work you’ll find him hiking, climbing, or running, and travelling whenever he can. He loves to work with people with similar interests and has personal experience in preparing for distance events, including marathons or multi-day hikes, so he is well placed to help you on your own similar journey.
Lachy’s special interest areas include:
- Acute and persistent back and neck pain
- Adventure sports/activities including hiking and climbing
- Helping people of all ages keep active
