How does your Clinical Pilates system work?
You will need to make an appointment with one of our Pilates Clinicians for a 45 minute Initial Assessment. The Physiotherapist will devise a program that is individually suited to you, based on any injuries or goals that you have discussed in this session. After the initial session you will have a series of one-on-one pilates appointments – the number of these sessions you require varies from client to client – to ensure you learn your program and correct technique. You can then progress to supervised classes, or attend the clinic independently to complete your program.
